This is usually prepared at Tamil homes every Sunday afternoons and you can smell the aroma of Mutton Kulambu when you enter most of the houses. Idli Mutton Kuzhambu is a must for all non-veg lovers in many household for Diwali breakfast.
This Mutton Kuzhambu tastes best with idly, rice, chapathi etc. We usually make this kulambu on Saturday evenings along with parotta or chapathi and it’s really a finger licking dish.
You can simply replace mutton by chicken pieces and the curry will still tastes divine. Addition of boiled and peeled potatoes make this recipe more interesting and also gives a thick consistency to the gravy.
If you want to try something different and are bored of eating regular mutton curry then try this recipe and surprise your family members.
