Ingredients
Directions
This Masala Omelette is great to have for breakfast along with toasted bread. It also goes well with rice for lunch. Kids enjoy to have it just as it is.
Get all the ingredients ready. Wash and clean the onions, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
Finely chop them and keep aside. Here I have used the Borosil hand chopper for cutting. You can chop them by hand too.
Take two eggs at a time, add a spoonful of the chopped onion mix along with a pinch of salt and whisk well.
Heat a little oil in a non stick pan and pour the whisked eggs into it and swirl well. Let the eggs set well at the bottom.
Flip the omelette and allow the eggs to cook the other side too.
Our yummy and simple omelette is ready to be served. In this way we can make 4 omelettes
Conclusion
We can add any vegetable along with the onions like carrot and capsicum. Tomatoes too can be added but remove the seeds. We can increase the spice levels by adding some more chilli powder.
